What we collect
When you use our forms we collect what you enter: a link to your business profile or website, a phone number or email address, and, if you add them, your name, a message and your health check answers. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, prepare your audit and, if you ask for one, send you a proposal. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to newsletters without your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep it for as long as the contract and the law require.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run this website and receive messages, under agreements that protect your data. We share nothing else unless the law requires it.
The health check
The health check runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you submit the form on the result screen.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, at any time. Write to us at hello@direktmarketing.co. You can also contact the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Albania or the Information and Privacy Agency in Kosovo.
